具有稳定的物理化学性质，不溶于水、酒精、汽油，气体、水汽渗漏性低；在常温下可耐任何浓度的盐酸、90%以下的硫酸、50—60%的硝酸和20%以下的烧碱溶液，具有一定的抗化学腐蚀性；对盐类相当稳定，但能够溶解于醚、酮、氯化脂肪烃和芳香烃等有机溶剂。 工业聚氯乙烯树脂主要是非晶态结构，但也包含一些结晶区域（约5%），所以聚氯乙烯没有明显的溶点，约在80℃左右开始软化，热扭变温度（ 1.82MPa负荷下）为70-71℃，在加压下150℃开始流动，并开始缓慢放出氯化氢，致使聚氯乙烯变色（由黄变红、棕、甚至于黑色）。主营系列：
